Jeannine spent years learning the employee benefits industry from the inside, working for two of its biggest names, before bringing that expertise to the clients she serves today.
With nearly three decades of experience as an employee benefits specialist, she has the depth of knowledge that only comes from time. Her career includes significant roles at Unum and Lincoln Financial Group, two of the nation’s leading providers in life and health insurance, giving her an insider’s understanding of how these products are built, priced, and structured. That knowledge is now squarely in her clients’ corner.
At Rush Insurance Group, Jeannine works with employers to design and manage benefits programs that help attract and retain talented people. Whether it’s health, life, or supplemental coverage, she brings the perspective of someone who has seen these products from every angle — and knows how to make them work harder for the businesses and employees who depend on them.
A resident of East Longmeadow, Jeannine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds life and health insurance licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the National Association of Health Underwriters. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement.
