Numbers tell part of the story. Rachael Cavanaugh’s background in data analytics means employers get benefits recommendations that are both strategically sound and financially defensible.
Before joining Rush Insurance Group, Rachael built her early career at Safety Insurance, working across personal and commercial underwriting, the service center, and customer operations — most recently as a Personal Lines Analyst. That inside view of how insurance products are structured and serviced gives her a perspective most employee benefits specialists simply don’t have.
At Rush, Rachael works with businesses of all sizes to design benefits packages that help attract, retain, and support great people — from group health and dental to life, disability, and voluntary options. She brings analytical rigor and genuine enthusiasm to every client relationship, helping employers make benefits decisions that work for the bottom line and for the employees who depend on them.
A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Rachael earned her degree in Operations & Information Management along with a Certificate in Business Data Analytics. She holds a Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License.
